To subscribe to the comprehensive and wide range of services of Service Ox, you have to undergo an easy 3-step process.
Choose your plan
Under this, from a wide range of plans available with us, you have to choose the plan that suits your business best. Also, you get to choose the number of minutes that are required on services, such as live answering, web chat and email responses. Depending on the number of minutes, you will need to pay the charges for the time spent by the business associates working with customers, at the end of the month.
Here, you will also get to choose the average time that should be spent on each call, so that the number of calls, as you want, will be answered in the given time. To know the number of calls per month, you need to know the number of calls per day and multiply it to the number of days.
Also, we don’t sign long-term contracts but charge on the basis of your monthly usage as we know that customer satisfaction that you earn at Service Ox will not let you leave us.
Set-Up Account Instructions
The account instructions include call answering protocols, scripts, and information pages that our business associates will use to answer the queries from your customers. You can also define the answer phrases, message instructions, etc. Also, you need to set up instructions for call transfer, criteria for urgent calls, and special cases.
Once you do that, we can assure you that right from first line of the document to the last line, our business associates will speak in the manner of your business.
Once you have complete step 1 and step 2, it is time for you to relax and let us do the rest of the job. We assign a special account number to your phone number and all the calls coming to that number will be directed to the best team matching the instructions set by you.
